 8 –Week Progressive Running Program 

APRIL 23rd thru JUNE 10th 

Led by Elite Performance Specialist, Beth Richmond LPTA, CPT

Program includes:

  • Safe training fundamentals; how to properly prepare yourself for a 5K race
  • Running specific warm-ups and drills
  • How to integrate heart-rate monitoring into your training program
  • Active recovery techniques; and when to use them
  • Tips on how to move more efficiently, and become a faster runner
  • The safest way to return to running following and injury
  • Support and encouragement from a community of like-minded runners

TRAINING:  7 Saturdays (April 23rd -June 4th) 7:00-8:15am at Elite Health Services

COOK YOUR BUNS 5K:  Friday, June 10th –6:30pm at Greenwich Beach, Tod’s Point

FEE:  $200 – Includes in-person training, 5k race entry fee and Elite t-shirt
