Enter…EHX SMALL GROUP TRAINING.

Here’s what you can Xpect:

  • Class roster will be limited to 4-6 clients.
  • 2 trainers will be instructing each session to ensure a VERY high level of supervision.
  • Class structure will include a warm up stretch and “burst” (something to get your heart rate going), 2-3 circuits of strength and core exercises and a fun, cardio finisher at the end (well, we think it will be fun).
  • You can ABSOLUTELY expect to learn many new flexibility and strength exercises that you can do on your own.

CLASSES Kick-Off February 2017

A monthly fee of $180 secures your spot in the weekly class of your choice:

  • Mondays at 9:00 a.m
  • Tuesdays at 6:00 a.m

*One private personal training session is included with your first month of membership to assess your current level of function and ability.
