"I have had periodic back pain for years now and wanted to try and do something about it.  Ali was very good at diagnosing the problem after a series of tests, and also explained to me why I was in pain.

Immediately she had me perform some corrective training exercises that would help, and these exercises were easy for me to perform on my own.  After a short period of time not only did my pain go away, but my posture improved, my ball striking got better, and I was able to practice more often.

I feel like Ali is an exceptional physical fitness trainer because she has an amazing attitude and enthusiasm about what she does and can do for her students/patients.  Working with Ali is threefold...it works, it is believable, an her energy is contagious.

"I looked into golf performance training with Ali after my golf instructor mentioned that it would be a very good idea to start doing golf specific workouts. With the way that golf training is evolving, I wanted to work with someone who was extremely knowledgeable in this field. I had a few flaws in my swing that were caused by weakness in certain areas of my body that could only be corrected through corrective exercises.

After a screening session Ali was able to identify quickly where my weak areas were and reconfirm those discoveries with the use of the K-vest and video equipment. I was immediately impressed with her professionalism and ability to identify exactly what was happening with my body and how it directly related to my golf swing.

Working with Ali is a pleasure! She has a resonating personality, makes the workouts challenging but still fun and can make even the most difficult terminology understandable. It was quickly evident that she goes above and beyond to be the best at her job and is a quality not readily found these days.

After working with Ali for about 4 months I have seen a dramatic improvement in the range of motion and strength in my hips. When I first started working with her I had a very difficult time keeping my hips level through impact because I could not get into my left side due to weakness. Now I feel like I can stabilize my hips throughout the swing and fire through impact without the fear of them raising and stopping. My posture has also improved with core exercises and upper back workouts. I have seen clear evidence that these workouts have improved all the areas that needed to be worked on and know I couldn't have done it without Ali’s expertise.

If Anyone is  on the fence about working with Ali, I would tell them if they wanted to improve their game there is nowhere to turn but her. Lessons can only take them to a certain point because their body is holding them back from obtaining their maximum ability. No one in the area is better to work with on golf performance training than Ali.

I can honestly say that since working with her my swing has gotten into better positions, my hips are finally rotating correctly throughout the whole swing, and I’ve never seen it look so consistently good."
