Rehabilitative Massage: a firmer, deep pressure therapeutic massage treatment that specifically addresses key areas of muscle soreness.  Often used in conjunction with physical therapy treatments.

Pre & Post Event Sport Massage: a combination of Swedish, deep tissue and compression techniques are applied to invigorate muscles before your event, and/or lesson muscle fatigue post event.
