Pilates keeps our clientele feeling stronger, taller, flexible, balanced, and inspired.
Age and sedentary lifestyle are two of the biggest thieves of flexibility and a supple spine.
Elite’s therapeutic application of the original Joseph Pilates method allows a full spectrum of clientele – from the individual recovering from acute injury or general deconditioning, to the high-performing athlete – to purposefully acquire control, strength, coordination and skill utilizing the deep core muscles to achieve greater flexibility, and a more agile spine.
While there is an exercise system to follow, each workout is designed by a Master Pilates Teacher to address individual needs, and will vary from session to session.
With Elite’s rehabilitative focus and skillful teaching even patients with complex physical limitations experience exceptional results.

“Pilates is both a self-sustained exercise system as well as a great adjunct to other exercise approaches such as running, personal training, or yoga. For many of our clientele, it goes beyond exercise; it is a Lifestyle.”

In 1994 I suffered a severe cervical spinal injury. I endured a cervical fusion and a lumbar discectomy. Since then I have been very limited in the types of exercise I could tolerate, and have constantly aggravated my spinal weaknesses. In 2013 I learned about Corey, tried a private class, and was immediately hooked. Corey is a knowledgeable and inspiring teacher. She watches closely for proper body alignment and offers alternate positions when necessary. After 6 months of regular classes, I noticed an improvement in flexibility, strength, and muscle tone. Corey made it possible for me to relax in her care and retrain my body to move in a healthier way. Thanks to Corey's expertise and diligence, I have been injury-free, and stronger in my body and mind.Cathy BrooksRye, New York
Pilates at Elite Health Services with Corey Anne Radtke is a key component to my post-surgery routine to increase strength and improve my flexibility. Corey combines enthusiasm and technical precision to ensure that I am both challenged, and deriving maximum benefit from deep core strengthening and lengthening of my muscles. I have come to expect nothing short of the highest standards of professionalism and expertise in every service that Elite offers. Corey and the Pilates program are topnotch.Eric CoombsStamford, CT
I’m not a person who loves exercise. After discovering Corey Anne Radtke and experiencing her patient, calm, and encouraging teaching style, Pilates became something that was doable for me, and I enjoyed it. I have been working with Corey 2x a week for almost 3 years now, and not only has she has helped me overcome a serious plantar fasciitis issue; I am now stronger and have lost a size and a half in my butt!Sally TobinRye, NY
