About the Position:

We are looking for a brilliant administrative professional and scheduler extraordinaire who has the ability and passion to:

Provide a first-rate customer service experience; resolving all inquiries professionally and accurately.

Acquire full working knowledge of Elite’s our core processes and procedures.

Provide an organized positive front office environment – including team support, filing, answering phones, responding to email, and managing schedules for multiple providers & assisting with special projects and events.


Your Essential Skills and Characteristics:

  • Perpetual positive attitude, energy and enthusiasm
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer/keyboarding skills (ability to work well with email, operate a scanner, work with documents—Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Extremely detailed oriented

  • Ability to work independently but also a team player with a “roll up your sleeves” mentality and a “do whatever it takes” attitude.
  • Strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
