POST #6 INCREASING MILEAGE
Enduring Your First Marathon: with Elite Health Services Physical Therapist, Dr. Tiffany Sudol
I’m feeling healthy and strong these days. This is important because the mileage on my training runs is about to increase now. My Running Coach, Steve Kurczewski will be testing me this week by having me do a 5k time trial so that he can prescribe proper training pace and increment going forward- wish me luck!
I took my longest run to date over the weekend and couldn’t help but stop for a moment to take in the beautiful view of the Long Island Sound from Tod’s Point.
