I have officially reached a new “double digit” milestone this week after completing a 10 mile training run. All I can say is, YAY! This feels really good as I head into a rest week, which means that I will be training at a 40% reduction in my workload.
I am feeling more confident with the completion of each workout. Like, maybe I really CAN do this. Look out NJ marathon, I’m coming for you!
