Enduring Your First Marathon: with Elite Health Services Physical Therapist, Dr. Tiffany Sudol

My Running Coach (Steve Kurczewski) : As my running coach, Steve’s responsibilities include setting correct mileage and distance goals for my training runs – while also providing valuable feedback to keep me motivated, safe, and injury free each week.

My Performance Specialist and Track and Field Coach (Mike Simon): Mike will address any strength, balance, or endurance deficits through weekly workouts; ensuring that my body and core strength are enough to tolerate the increasing load of marathon training.

My Physical Therapist and Fellow Runner (Tiana Werber): Tune-ups with Tiana will identify areas where my body could potentially break down due to technical flaws in my running. (For example, heel vs midfoot strike, arm swing, poor head and body position.)

And of Course…All of You:  Studies tell us that people are 75-90% more likely to achieve their goals by writing them down and sharing them with friends.  Thank you for being on this journey with me!
