As a former college athlete and baseball pitcher who suffered a long list of injuries; including elbow, shoulder and hip surgeries, Morgan Williams brings intimate knowledge and personal experience dealing with chronic pain, injury, and rehabilitation to personal training clients at Elite Health Services.
Previous to joining Elite, Morgan served as the Head Facilitator for Special Needs programs at the Darien YMCA; working with disabled and developmentally challenged children, teens, as well as the geriatric population. Morgan also worked as a fitness trainer at Equinox in Southport, CT.
Morgan’s quest to lead a healthy, pain-free life was the driving force behind his passion to pursue a degree in exercise science; and go on to becoming a personal trainer.
When Morgan’s not working with training clients at Elite’s Westport or Old Greenwich, CT location – or attending college classes to obtain his Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education – you’ll find him coaching a youth baseball team, or just outdoors enjoying the sunshine.
