How To Do It
Place your shoulder and elbow at 90-degree angles
Place your arm (the arm on side of the body that you are stretching) along with the doorway with your legs in a staggered stance
Complete a weight shift from your front foot to your back foot
Hold in pain-free end-range position
Please discuss the use of variations shown in the video with your Elite physical therapist.

Bouncing in and out of the end range of the stretch
