The pectoralis muscle is any of the muscles that connect the front walls of the chest with the bones of the upper arm and shoulder.
How To Do It
Start facing the edge of a wall
If starting with left shoulder place lacrosse ball between shoulder and wall
Ensure that the head is on the right side of the wall
Step through with R leg
Roll side to side up and down
Roll slowly with a moderate amount of pressure
This should be uncomfortable not extremely painful
Moving too fast with the ball
Rolling over the bone
