Pilates keeps our clientele feeling stronger, taller, flexible, balanced, and inspired.
Age and sedentary lifestyle are two of the biggest thieves of flexibility and a supple spine.
Elite’s therapeutic application of the original Joseph Pilates method allows a full spectrum of clientele – from the individual recovering from acute injury or general deconditioning, to the high-performing athlete – to purposefully acquire control, strength, coordination and skill utilizing the deep core muscles to achieve greater flexibility, and a more agile spine.
While there is an exercise system to follow, each workout is designed by a Master Pilates Teacher to address individual needs, and will vary from session to session.

With Elite’s rehabilitative focus and skillful teaching even patients with complex physical limitations experience exceptional results.
